1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Invisible Ink ("the Service"), operated by Obsessive Cars & Drivers LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Invisible Ink is a guided autobiography extraction platform that helps users create manuscript drafts through structured questionnaires and AI-assisted prompts.
The Service provides:
- • Guided questions across 8 modules to extract your life story
- • AI-powered prompts to help deepen responses
- • Exportable manuscript drafts based on your answers
- • Secure storage of your responses
The Service does NOT:
- • Guarantee publication of your manuscript
- • Guarantee bestseller status or commercial success
- • Provide professional ghostwriting services (unless purchased)
- • Provide legal, financial, or professional advice
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Device Limitations
Each subscription is limited to two (2) active devices per account. You may manage your active devices through your account settings.
3.3 Account Sharing
Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials may result in account termination without refund.
4. Subscription and Payment
We offer various subscription tiers as displayed on our website. Features and pricing are subject to change. Current subscribers will be notified of any changes affecting their active subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
5-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within five (5) days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Contact support@invisibleink.online.
After 5 Days
No refunds will be issued after the five-day period. By continuing to use the Service, you accept this no-refund policy.
6. Download Limits
Each subscription includes a maximum of five (5) manuscript downloads. This limit exists to prevent abuse and unauthorized distribution. If you require additional downloads, contact support@invisibleink.online.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create, including your answers, stories, and the resulting manuscript.
Our Platform
The Service design, features, code, and methodology is the intellectual property of Obsessive Cars & Drivers LLC.
Trademark
"Invisible Ink" is a trademark of Obsessive Cars & Drivers LLC. Use without permission is prohibited.
8. Publishing Services
Publishing services are provided through Obsessive Cars & Drivers Press ("OCD Press"), a division of Obsessive Cars & Drivers LLC. Publishing requires a separate agreement and is not included in standard subscriptions.
Use of Invisible Ink does not obligate you to use OCD Press. You are free to take your completed manuscript to any publisher, agent, or self-publishing platform of your choice.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, your account will be immediately terminated and access to all content will be revoked. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed plus associated fees.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR MANUSCRIPT WILL:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBSESSIVE CARS & DRIVERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
